My name is Leroy Miller and I was born and raised in the city of Banning. I am a retired firefighter for Cal Fire and began my civic duty as a Banning Parks and Recreation Commissioner for 14 years, served 2 years as a planning commissioner and have led numerous initiatives for different non profits within the pass area.

Throughout my years of public service it has been great to be a part of the improvements,  however it is very clear that our city still has a great deal of work ahead of us.  It's vital to increase economic stability with opportunities for new businesses that accommodate young families and provide higher paying jobs that will ultimately stimulate the local dollar in our community.

My vision is to partner and collaborate with local, state and federal agencies to mitigate and tackle the homeless issues to create a safer community. Together, I believe we can create a Banning that will benefit our community for generations to come.
