In compliance with the requirements of Government Code Section 54972 (the Maddy Act), the following appointment list of the City of Banning's Board and Commission members is posted on an annual basis by December 31. The City of Banning encourages residents to apply for positions in an effort to build an applicant pool representative of the entire community.
Commissioners, Board Members, and Committee members serve at the pleasure of the legislative body, must be 18 years of age or older, a resident and registered to vote in the City of Banning.
