The City of Banning is in the process of accepting applications for FY 2017-18 Community Development Block Grant Program.

A description of guidelines and program eligibility criteria for individual programs is located online at https://riversidecoeda.cgweb.org/index.php. Organizations must submit an application to the City of Banning to be considered for a sub-recipient award. The applications are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 19th, 2016. Applications will be accepted at Banning City Hall – Community Development Department or to the email address listed below.
