The City of Banning's online bill pay system will be undergoing 24-hour maintenance starting Friday, Feb. 9 at 5 p.m.  The maintenance will be complete on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 5 p.m.  If you normally pay your bills online during those hours, please plan accordingly and make payments before the maintenance period.   We apologize for any inconvenience.
